We have just entered the 3rd trimester at 28 weeks. I still can't believe how fast everything is going. I may have experienced a little "nesting" syndrome already! I have all the baby clothes washed and hung up and Josh got the crib and dresser put together. It seems like we are all set and ready to have the baby!
You may be wondering, well where are you going to have the baby? Our latest and greatest information says that we will be having the baby here in Des Moines. That is both great news and bad news. The good, our family will get to be around and see the baby, we don't have to look for a new doctor, well there are endless good things! The bad news is that Josh will be traveling so much! He will be leaving for about 3 weeks at a time and home for a week in between trips. Once March hits, Josh will be done traveling until after the baby is born.
I finally get to go along on his next trip so we can look at and hopefully pick out houses. I am excited to go along, it will make this whole thing seem more real.
As for the baby, things have been going well. I am getting quite large! The doctors were a little concerned that my body was ready to have the baby already so I am on a "partial" bed rest, meaning I just can't run around or work out any more. I am just supposed to take it easy for now, which really isn't too hard considering I don't have to work! I got a good report at the doctor this week, the doctor said she was very confident that we would go full term, everything is holding strong! She even said if I needed to I could go off the bed rest but would prefer I stay on it since why change a good thing.
We are getting really excited for the upcoming months! Some huge changes!
